Quality of Raw Materials
All chemical and raw material suppliers are GMP-certified, and their products adhere to USP, BP, JP, and/or IP standards. Each raw material undergoes thorough screening to surpass both industry and our own stringent requirements. We source all raw materials from reputable international suppliers approved by their respective regulatory agencies, such as the FDA.

CustomMedz’s world-class team of registered pharmacists ensures that every process — from prescription to compounding — are executed at the highest level. All of our compounding staff are thoroughly trained in Good Preparation Practice (GPP) and Good Compounding Practice (GCP).
State-of-the-Art Equipment and Processes
We set specific SOPs for all of our compounded medication and apply the latest mixing technology by using Mazerustar Planetary Mixers for consistent creams/gels/ointments. We also use the Unguator, a traditional Electronic Mortar and Pestle (EMP) for column mixing.
Compounding is the mixing or combining of two or more drugs that also involves modifying — be it tweaking, adding or removing — ingredients for a patient’s specific needs.
