At Custom Medz, each and every prescription ordered is hand-made by trained professionals, no prescription is prepared before-hand. As such we cannot accept returns as we cannot re-use / re-dispense returned prescriptions to other patients. Custom Medz therefore does not accept returns/refunds on delivered, completed prescriptions.

Expired prescriptions are non-creditable and non-returnable.

Custom Medz takes full responsibility and will accept returns of any incorrectly compounded prescriptions. In such cases, the prescribing Doctor must notify Custom Medz within 14 days of the shipment date.  Please do take note, items must be in original packaging and cannot be tampered with in anyway.
